This incredibly large fragment of a molar tooth from a woolly mammoth, it is around half the size of the actual tooth and is from either Mammuthus trogontherii / Mammuthus primegenus species. It is freestanding and magnificent, the dentine can be easily examined. The mammoth goes through six sets of teeth as it grows.
Size approx 13cm x 10cm
Fossil size and colour may vary, but will be a close example of the photo shown.
