Our handmade wooden frames are manufactured in house at our workshop in Hertfordshire. Each piece of wood is treated to ensure long life, the wood is then painted and cut into the perfect sizes for our entomology frames. The backing board, glass and fixtures are also assembled here, meaning we have control over each piece of our manufacturing process.
Here at Minibeast we believe in protecting the environment and are aware of our carbon footprint when we produce frames. For every tree we use in producing our real wood frames we "pledge a tree" - which means Minibeast plants a tree for every one used.
