Made-to-order specimens and frames are carefully prepared in our workshop before dispatch. Estimated production and shipping times are shown on each product page, in your cart and at checkout.

Planning your delivery.

If you are ordering for gifts, birthdays, anniversaries or weddings, please place your order well in advance.

Most of our products are made to order. Production times vary depending on the item and are displayed on each product page. Your order’s estimated dispatch time is shown in the shopping cart and at checkout.

All products are carefully wrapped and packaged before shipping once they are ready.

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Tracking can also be viewed within your account at any time.
