5. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We will not be held liable for delays caused by courier services or events outside of our control. International shipments will spend time in customs in addition to the estimated delivery times.

6. Returns and refunds

You have the right to return items within 14 days of receipt under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

If you wish to return an item, it is your responsibility to ensure the item is packaged securely and suitably for transport. All items must be returned in their original condition and in appropriate protective packaging.

We cannot accept liability for items that are damaged in transit due to inadequate packaging by the customer. If a returned item arrives damaged and it is clear that the damage occurred during return shipping due to insufficient packaging, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.

7. Promotions, coupons & loyalty points

• Coupons and promotional codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be added retrospectively.
• Coupons, promotions and loyalty points cannot be used in conjunction with any other money-off promotions.

For the convenience of our international visitors, our website displays prices in foreign currencies based on the current day’s exchange rate.

All purchases are processed and billed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP). The final amount charged to your payment method may differ slightly from the foreign currency estimate shown on our website, depending on the exchange rate and fees applied by your bank or card provider at the time of transaction.

12. Incorrect address

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the delivery address provided is accurate. We cannot refund shipping costs for orders undelivered or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete address information. The Royal Mail fee of £4.59 for returning the parcel to us will also be deducted from any refunds. USA orders include the 10% Trump tariff which also cannot be refunded.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
