This incredibly large fragment of a molar tooth from a woolly mammoth, it is around half the size of the actual tooth and is from either Mammuthus trogontherii / Mammuthus primegenus species. It is free standing and magnificent, the dentine can be easily examined. The mammoth goes through six sets of teeth as it grows.

Fossil size and colour may vary, but will be a close example of the photo shown.
