A beautiful very large Cisseis morpho butterfly in a handmade wooden frame mounted on high-quality acid-free conservation board. The Latin and common names are printed underneath the specimen.

The Morpho cisseis is a large butterfly with a wingspan reaching 18 cm, due to the large size, we have mounted it in a Frame Window - 10 x 8 Inch (25.4 cm x 20.32 cm) / External Dimensions - 11.4 x 9.4 Inch (28.96 x 23.88cm) frame. The upperside is blue/green and the outer edges of the butterfly are a bold black colour.

The specimen will have had its body removed by the farm as they contain grease which destroys the wings.
