Beautiful bookends

I bought these as a gift and both the recipient and I love them! There are so many interesting details to look at. This was my first purchase from minibeast.co and the customer service was so good, fast and friendly! They made me a very happy customer and I've now bought myself a framed moth and beetle :)

Club worth subscribing for

I just received my second month of my subscription - I couldn't see what it was after I picked my first. And I was incredibly surprised by how beautiful the butterfly I received was! I was initially worried I would receive something I wouldn't enjoy, but was so pleasantly surprised. Can't wait for my next delivery! You can't tell from the photo, but the texture and color on this specimen is so beautiful.

My addiction!

New collector of Mini beasts incredible frames but completely hooked! I’ve bought several superb frames. I’m a lepidopterist through to the core and I just had to plunge for this incredible frame. It was a considerable purchase but I have to say it’s worth it!

Hats off to everyone who helped me with this. Your understanding of customer requirements, quality and willingness to help is refreshing and I couldn’t be happier with this masterpiece! Photos I’ve taken so not do this masterpiece justice!

Highly recommended and I can’t wait for more!

I was surprised to have this arrived in the post the same week I purchased it and I'm always impressed with the specimens I receive.

Superb service, and of course I will be purchasing more!

Can’t wait to hang them on the wall

Barn-sized pleasure

This is the most iconic butterfly I own. The butterfly that started me down my journey of collecting. And how could it not be? Just look at it. Looks better in person. Big sized butterfly with a vivid wing design. A must have. Oh yeah, and the eyes are great.

Moon-bound!

The amazing moon-moth truly is a sight to behold. The great wing span design with an elegant pattern puts this one high on my list of moths. It is well priced for the product offered. Happy to add it to my collection. A little smaller than I thought it would be.

WOW!

This small butterfly is another great example of nature's beauty. The simple colours work in tandem to create a very vivid colour scheme. It is a must have and I am happy that I have added it to my collection.

Just Wow

This has got to be one of the most beautiful butterflies I have in my collection. It is a small butterfly but has a very unique design on its wings. Due to its unique design, it stands out in my collection. The pink on the inside of the wings has a very vivid colour to it.

Unreal Patterns

This butterfly is an amazing example of the beautiful natural patterns that exist on our earth. The colour scheme is so simple yet attractive. You won't regret buying this one. It is a mid to smaller sized butterfly.

Tiny Blue

This is a smaller sized butterfly. I expected it to be a little more vibrant. Even under lights the blue is quiet dull. Not my best purchase but still ok I guess.

Multi-colored beauty

This butterfly actually shows different colours under different lights and angles. It is an absolute stunner and definitely stands out more than most of my other butterflies. A mid-sized butterfly.

Old world Beauty

Initially this beauty wasn't on my purchase list. But boy, am I happy I purchased it. It has some of the most strikingly harmonious colours I've seen on a butterfly. Mid sized butterfly.

Antheraea Jana - Antheraea Silk Moth

Although this moth appears muted in colour the more you look the more incredible details and colours you find. It is stunning!
Apologies for the poor picture - it does not do it justice

Phoebis Rurina - The Tailed Sulphur

A gorgeous specimen and such a vibrant yellow that adds a pop of colour to my wall. My son’s favourite one to point out on our wall.

Papilio Deiphobus yellow male

Like the birdwings some Papilio show more variation in the males than the females. Here's a red and yellow male and below them is a couple of Ulysses male varieties. They were a wonderful surprise to find at Minibeast.

Morpho Theseus schewetzeri

Perhaps this blue Theseus is evolving into an iridescent blue morpho.. This is the only blue variety of Theseus. The others are brown and white.

Old World Swallowtail

This butterfly is a wonderful yellow colour contrasted by its black patterns with red and blue splashes. Very unique colourings! The yellow is a bit more vibrant than the specimen on the store page.

Purple Mountain Swallowtail

The variety of colours present on this butterfly is beautiful. I requested it be placed in a 6x6 frame and it was fulfilled.

Hercules Beetle

This beetle is massive! it's long horns give it a unique and imposing silhouette. It stands out so much on my wall! I requested for it's wings to be spread and my request was taken for no upcharge!

Madagascan Sunset Moth

This moth is so beautiful! it's unique wing scales look like they're glowing in any light. Paired with the asymmetrical wings, this moth is just awesome.

Worth every penny!

Really lovely frame, the colours of the Prepona Laertes Octavia are sublime! Subtle and eye catching at the same time. The frame like always is pristine and the presentation is A+
If you’re thinking of adding this one to your collection I can highly recommend.

Mourning Cloak butterfly

This months subscription parcel was a small but nice looking specimen for my collection please with the way my collection is now filling up my wall space.

Mammoth Trio

An awesome addition to our collection- having 3 elements of the specimen elevates it and gives it a fantastic curatorial museum quality. Love!

Megladon Tooth

So cool!!! Very well displayed specimen- so happy to have this in our collection.

Leaf Insect

A very beautiful specimen. The camouflage and vivid green coloration is incredible!

Beyond happy

Another absolute show stopper! The photos I’ve taken don’t even do these justice, the detail of these beautiful butterflies are incredible! Also they’re pristine not a single issue at all! Thank you

Simply the best!

What an absolute treasure this company is! I love this butterfly but I love the inside and the outside so I contacted them to see if they could help and I have to say Gary was amazing nothing was too much trouble and the end result is really amazing! Just what I wanted, I’ll treasure this frame thank you very much!

Ulysses Pair

This pair was advertised in a shadow box and Minibeast kindly split them into 2 clear glass frames. The undersides are beautiful and the sexual dimohism is almost as much as many Morphos.

Ulysses male variety

The Telegonus has more violet and colourful iridescence than the usual male. It is a wonderful surprise.

Preponia Pairs

I waited a while for these pairs to be in stock and I'm so glad I left a spot for them. I see now why they are pricey. Like divorce they are expensive because they are worth it!

Delias Bonanza

As a kid I chase Cabbage Whites and these spectacular butterflies look like Cabbage Butterflies on acid.

Beautiful

Absolutely stunning and came in perfect condition

Fourth Frame - Small Red Winged Stick Insect

Absolutely incredible stick insect, love the vestigial wings. And as always, the customer support at Minibeast is second to none. When there was a problem with the original specimen being damaged in the post, Tyler very kindly sourced me a new one, which arrived 48 hours later. So impressed and grateful. Thank you Team Minibeast! (Would give ****** 6 stars if I could)

My First MiniBeast Purchase

This was my first MiniBeast purchase and it was everything I wanted it to be. I ordered the pair of male and female Monarch butterflies as a birthday present for my boyfriend, and I couldn't have asked for a better product. The butterflies arrived safely packaged and in perfect condition.

I will be purchasing another specimen very soon. After receiving the Monarch Butterflies, I have decided to have an entire wall dedicated to different specimens.

Amazing gift

Bought as a birthday gift for a friend and she loves it! Looks amazing in her room! photo doesn’t do it justice

Papilio Thoas

It looks really great, I always like to see what they send me
