A unique and magnificent Paradise Birdwing in a handmade wooden frame mounted on high-quality acid-free conservation board. The Latin and common names are printed underneath the specimen.
Ornithoptera paradisea or also known as the Paradise Birdwing. An extremely special and rare specimen, the species is becoming increasingly endangered due to deforestation. However, conservation projects in Papua New Guinea have done an amazing job in protecting the species, allowing us to work closely in providing you with these spectacular collector's items.
