The Boisduval's Tiger moth belongs to the Erebidae family of moths. These moths fly during the day, and imitate a very similar looking butterfly species Lycorea halia. It was first described by Boisduval in 1870.
Its wingspan reaches 6-7 centimetres (2.6 - 3 in).
