Stunning Entomology Frames

I have a couple butterflies and moths from minibeast already but I’ve been wanting the Scarlet Mormon pair for a long time and it really did not disappoint. They are absolutely gorgeous, especially the female, and I am very happy with this purchase.

He is a Big Boy!

This guy is very beautiful and his size is unreal! His brown hues are velvety and intense. High recommend! Gorgeous gorgeous specimen!!

Color Changing!

This guy is pretty cool. He is a bit trypophobic when you stare at him closely (he is covered in micro-dots), the color changing on the bottom wing from blue to purple in the sunlight is pretty awesome.

Straight out of a Fairytale ✨

This girl is absolutely incredible! I’ve been wanting her for a long time. Though she is an expensive specimen, she is totally worth it. Completely unreal!!! Incredible detail.

A stunning metallic emerald green body. As beautiful as it is I wouldnt want it flying at me! Pairs nicely with a jewelled beetle from the team at Minibeasts and fills out my staircase gallery a bit more, unfortuntely for my bank balance its a big staircase!

Extreme close up!

The devil is in the detail with this one. Looks like a suave sophisticated lady at a black tie gala until you get in close and see all yhe wonderful colours and patternation. Attached a macro shot for clarity.

What a beauty!

This specimen is basically what you would get if you let Farrow & Ball paint it. It has these wonderful muted blues and beiges reminiscent of an old victorian houses decor. It is well worth a punt if you want something that looks classically elegant yet still bold and eye catching. Mounted perfectly as always!

Chunky little guy

I have a soft spot for stag beetles and this one did not disappoint from its chunky little body to those intricate mandibles it’s just perfect.

Treat to myself

This was my birthday present to myself and it hangs pride and place on the wall, in the centre of my collection. I love the print and will try and get others to match with it. The size of the tooth is way bigger than I thought it was going to be and it's preserved enough that I can see the serration on the edge. Love it

Steam Glory Damselfly

This is my first damselfly and I don’t know what took me so long to get one. The iridescent wings are gorgeous. In some lights blue and in others green. Such a delicate looking insect with such a fine little body. It catches my eye every time I walk past. I would highly recommend. Beautifully presented as always.

Asian Orb Weaver

What a glorious little spider. And those long curved abdominal spines are next level amazing. For a little guy she sure packs a big punch. She is definitely a crowd favourite who garners a lot of attention. Mother Nature is truly amazing!!!

Jewel beetle trio

These beetles certainly live up to their name - they truly do shine, sparkle and glitter like jewels. I love the little tufts of hair on the Madagascan jewel beetle and the glittery head on the red speckled jewel beetle looks like he raided the red glitter bottle - amazing!!! They would make an eye catching addition to any collection.

Round Neck Longhorn Beetle

This little guy is such a cutie. He has shiny green elytra, and a contrasting reddish-brown pronotum. But the cutest part is how his antennae are half black and half a light creamy colour. I also love his elongated body and long legs. So super cute!!! Beautifully framed again.

Giant Merallic Ceiba Borer

In the light the colours on this guy are beautiful - the pinks and greens. And much bigger than I anticipated. I also love his feathery little antenna’s. Beautifully framed as always.

Giant African Millipede

Oh my goodness, all I can say is I am in love. This millipede has become one of my absolute favourite specimens!!! I was not expecting it to look so girthy, so meaty almost. It is just so round, and the colours of all those segments all vary slightly from each other, making it even more interesting to look at - and I look at it almost constantly when I am in its vicinity. I can’t believe it took me so long to add this one to my wall. AMAZING!!! In every way.

Devils Flower Mantis

An amazing praying mantis - from the size to the colour to the stance. A true joy to study, and I look at it every day. The mantises always look like true aliens. Simply perfect.

Garden Tiger Moth

Such a cutie - with its furry little body and beautifully patterned wings. Not to mention the fact that the wings are totally different colours and patterns. A gorgeous addition that attracts many appreciative comments from visitors. As usual arrived in good time and perfectly framed.
