A fossilised Jurassic Ammonite that has been cut & polished to show the internal calcification and structures displayed on a fabricated steel stand. Handmade by our Hertfordshire blacksmiths.
These marine cephalopods are characterised by their coiled, chambered shells, which provided buoyancy control.
