Diplomystus is an extinct fish from Wyoming's Green River Formation of Eocene age. It possessed a herring-shaped body and upward-facing mouth, with prey consisting of smaller fish. Fossils are well-preserved, and some have prey in its jaws.


The fossil you receive will be a very close example to the one shown in the photo.
