This stunning artwork to company the fossil tooth was uniquely drawn by our partnered artist Katya Shiova, printed using our watercolour Giclée method.

Spinosaurus was a large predator, it had a sail back well adapted to wading and hunting in shallow water. The name Spinosaurus means "Spine Lizard", was found in North Africa during the Cenomanian to upper Turonian stages of the Late Cretaceous period, about 110 to 94 million years ago.

The fossil you receive will be a very close example of the one shown in the photo.
