A whole rough Goniatie Ammonite in a handmade wooden frame mounted on high-quality acid-free conservation board. The Latin and common names are printed underneath the specimen.

A fossilised whole rough Goniatitida is a coiled, chambered shell that dates to the Devonian era, from 419 to 359 million years ago. These aquatic organisms, which belong to the ammonoid group, featured a spiral shell with chambers and a central tube for buoyancy control. They are crucial for comprehending both the history of Earth and marine life in antiquity.
