A Goniatite Ammonite, 300 million years old in a handmade glass dome with your choice of brown or black wooden base. All of our domes / bell jars are handmade with fine detail in the UK meaning we have full control over the process.

A fossilised whole rough Goniatitida is a coiled, chambered shell that dates to the Devonian era, from 419 to 359 million years ago. These aquatic organisms, which belong to the ammonoid group, featured a spiral shell with chambers and a central tube for buoyancy control. They are crucial for comprehending both the history of Earth and marine life in antiquity.

The fossil you receive will be a very close example to the one shown in the photo.

This is my first ever butterfly and I am so pleased. The colours are beautiful, the frame is also stunning and the overall appearance of the artwork is just jaw dropping. My only complaint is that the inside of the frame was quite dirty and so I had to clean it out but this was simple enough and thankfully I did not damage anything.
