Heteropteryx dilatata, also known as jungle nymph, Malaysian stick insect, Malayan jungle nymph, or Malayan wood nymph, is a large member of the Phasmatodea family. It holds the world record for the largest egg laid by an insect. The eggs are about 1.3 cm in length.
