Deep electric blue

I already own a few bright blue butterflies but this one is a completely different shade, I love the white pattern too.

Really unique

There’s an iridescent sheen to the wings which in light gives a blue shine. This butterfly is so interesting in shape and pattern, it’s really a beautiful addition to any collection.

Very eye catching

Month 4

This is my 4th month of mini beast and it was the tailed sulphur. Absolutely love the vibrant yellow and the texture on the wings.

She’s a good size too so very noticeable. I love her so much.

I just received my second month of my subscription - I couldn't see what it was after I picked my first. And I was incredibly surprised by how beautiful the butterfly I received was! I was initially worried I would receive something I wouldn't enjoy, but was so pleasantly surprised. Can't wait for my next delivery! You can't tell from the photo, but the texture and color on this specimen is so beautiful.

My addiction!

New collector of Mini beasts incredible frames but completely hooked! I’ve bought several superb frames. I’m a lepidopterist through to the core and I just had to plunge for this incredible frame. It was a considerable purchase but I have to say it’s worth it!

Barn-sized pleasure

This is the most iconic butterfly I own. The butterfly that started me down my journey of collecting. And how could it not be? Just look at it. Looks better in person. Big sized butterfly with a vivid wing design. A must have. Oh yeah, and the eyes are great.

Moon-bound!

The amazing moon-moth truly is a sight to behold. The great wing span design with an elegant pattern puts this one high on my list of moths. It is well priced for the product offered. Happy to add it to my collection. A little smaller than I thought it would be.

WOW!

Just Wow

This has got to be one of the most beautiful butterflies I have in my collection. It is a small butterfly but has a very unique design on its wings. Due to its unique design, it stands out in my collection. The pink on the inside of the wings has a very vivid colour to it.

Unreal Patterns

This butterfly is an amazing example of the beautiful natural patterns that exist on our earth. The colour scheme is so simple yet attractive. You won't regret buying this one. It is a mid to smaller sized butterfly.

Tiny Blue

This is a smaller sized butterfly. I expected it to be a little more vibrant. Even under lights the blue is quiet dull. Not my best purchase but still ok I guess.

Multi-colored beauty

This butterfly actually shows different colours under different lights and angles. It is an absolute stunner and definitely stands out more than most of my other butterflies. A mid-sized butterfly.

Old world Beauty

Initially this beauty wasn't on my purchase list. But boy, am I happy I purchased it. It has some of the most strikingly harmonious colours I've seen on a butterfly. Mid sized butterfly.

Antheraea Jana - Antheraea Silk Moth

Although this moth appears muted in colour the more you look the more incredible details and colours you find. It is stunning!

Phoebis Rurina - The Tailed Sulphur

A gorgeous specimen and such a vibrant yellow that adds a pop of colour to my wall. My son’s favourite one to point out on our wall.

Papilio Deiphobus yellow male

Like the birdwings some Papilio show more variation in the males than the females. Here's a red and yellow male and below them is a couple of Ulysses male varieties. They were a wonderful surprise to find at Minibeast.

Morpho Theseus schewetzeri

Perhaps this blue Theseus is evolving into an iridescent blue morpho.. This is the only blue variety of Theseus. The others are brown and white.

Old World Swallowtail

This butterfly is a wonderful yellow colour contrasted by its black patterns with red and blue splashes. Very unique colourings! The yellow is a bit more vibrant than the specimen on the store page.
