A stunning cut Red Iridescent Ammonite fossil in a baroque style frame mounted on high-quality backing board. Common and Latin names are printed underneath.

This has been polished to show the structure and colour. Ammonites are an extinct group of marine mollusc that lived hundreds of millions of years ago. Starting as very small sea creatures as they evolved and grew, so did the shell making these magnificent fossils.
